We are a German/Indonesian family and love guests. Thats why we created out of three big Javanese Teak Houses unique Villas, where people can enjoy a relaxed and stylish holiday. Although the Villas are build out of Teakwood and arranged with Indonesian Antiques, you don´t have to miss all modern facilities such as Air Condition and contemporary bathrooms in Marble and Onyx. In our Street you will find everything for your daily live and famous Balinese Restaurants.Only minutes from the beaches. The space Our friendly English speaking staff will make your stay nice and easy. All houses are with Satellite TV and free fast Internet. The Villa has a spacious bedroom, en-suited with bathroom, a stylish living room and a large terrace where you can enjoy your private jacuzzi and exotic tropical garden. The Villa is made from an old teak Java house and a bathroom finished with onyx and marmor. A fully equipped kitchen completes the Villa. The furniture in the photos are the furniture in the time, the photo was made. There can me slightly changes in the furniture, but the style will be the same. Also furniture sometimes is broken and not replaced immediately. If there is something you need, we will help to get it for you. The furniture in the photos are not guaranteed to be the same. Guest access The Unit is totally private and no other guests have access. Other things to note Long Term Rents ! Only for Renters who stay more than 21 nights. Please notice, that for long term rents the electricity is not included. We have a separate electricity meter for every unit. When the guest check in, co host will inform the meter number via WA. One day before the guest check out, co host will update information about the meter number of electricity. IDR 2k/ kWh. Long term renters are having maid cleaning service 2 times a week for all area villa. Bed linen and towels change 1 times a week. We provide 4 water galons . Staff off on Sunday.
