Oak House Daylesford: Beautiful and peaceful

Oak House is a peaceful retreat, surrounded by trees. Hunker down & relax! You have a separate entrance & complete lockable privacy with 3 rooms under the same roof as the house. (5 internal steps.) Light the fire, play a game or browse books. Watch Netflix, SBS, ABC iView. A cosy night awaits with an Ecosa bed & L’Occitane products. Revel in beautiful gardens. Watch the sunset from 3 terraces. Well-behaved inside dogs very welcome! (No fence. So outside, dogs to be on a lead for the wildlife.) The space The photos show the light-filled, peaceful space and amenities on offer. There’s a Lavazza coffee machine, a range of teas, and sparkling water in the bar fridge. Or duck down to Tipperary Springs for natural mineral water! Bring in gourmet take-away food from Daylesford’s many restaurants. There’s a microwave if you need it. When staying more than one night, a bottle of beautiful local wine will await you! White or red? Tell us your preference! Alternatively, drive less than five minutes for a wealth of Daylesford's cafés, bars and restaurants serving delicious food and drinks to suit every taste from vegan to omnivore! Outside, there are four different spots to sit and enjoy the garden and the surrounding trees. You might spot passing kangaroos! Guest access You have your own parking space at the start of the path to the Oak House entrance. You will be an easy 10 minute walk to the Mill Markets. Tipperary Springs is a 6 minute downhill walk and is a starting point for walking tracks to Lake Daylesford in one direction, and Hepburn Springs in the other. It's easiest to drive the 5 minutes into Vincent Street, Lake Daylesford or the Hepburn Bath House for all the other delights Daylesford has to offer. Other things to note To find the Oak House, turn into Tipperary Springs Road from the Midland Highway. Keep heading towards Tipperary Springs and we are on the left about a kilometre from the Midland Highway. Please park in the second driveway. You'll see a gabbion basket filled with rocks to indicate you're in the right spot!
