Come in! We love to welcome you in our comfortable contemporary and warmly decorated house that makes you feel at home the minute you arrive. Located at a quiet road surrounded by all colours of green en yet in the ‘ backyard’ of Amsterdam and Utrecht. The space The living is light and cosy with a beautiful gas fireplace for cold evenings. The kitchen is well equipped (quooker, microwave, nespresso, dishwasher, etc) and has everything you might need. At the first floor you find the master bedroom (double bed 180 x 220 adjustable) with walk-in closet and en-suite complete bathroom. At the second floor the second and third bedroom, both with double beds (2x 80x 200 and 160 x 200”) and connected by a sliding door. Here do you find the second complete bathroom plus washingmachine and dryer. However there are two doublebeds, we consider 3 persons at the second floor as a maximums otherwise it gets a little crowded under the roof! The house has a spacious garden with several places to sit and enjoy the sun from breakfast to diner. This stylish and carefully decorated house is very well suited for guests who know to appreciatie this! Because of the pond and no specials facilities our house is not suited for small kids. The other bedrooms (2x80 x 200 /160x 200) are located in the attic. Also a second complete bathroom with washer and dryer. Although there are two double beds in the attic, we find 3 people the maximum under the roof! Our house is stylish and thoughtfully decorated and therefore especially suitable for guests who appreciate this. Due to the pond and the lack of facilities for small children, our home is less suitable for that. There is much to see in the immediate vicinity, such as the fortified town of Naarden. Within 25 minutes you are by train, bus and car in the middle of Amsterdam, Schiphol and Utrecht. Guest access Free use of the infrared sauna. Other things to note Free carparking for 2 cars.
