Welcome to Maison de Villars! Spacious and independent 18th century house, authentic, bucolic view of the pond. Beautiful decor and a layout of great comfort showcase the old elements. A great place for reunions with family or friends. fishermen will be welcome. 17 min from Circuit du Val de Vienne, Le Vigeant 50 minutes from Limoges airport and 1 hour from Limoges train station 1h10 from Futuroscope Park The space On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance, take advantage of the fitted kitchen to share pleasant meals for families or groups of friends. To the right of the entrance, you have a living room with TV, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a separate toilet. You have access to the terrace on which a table allows you to enjoy the views of the garden and pond. Taking the authentic wooden staircase, access the sleeping area; composed of 3 spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, 2 people, comfortable, with the essentials to store your belongings. One of the three bedrooms has 4 comfortable single beds, storage, some children's games and a cot. This floor offers a bathroom (bathtub + shower, double vanity) and an independent toilet. A small corner ''armchairs' 'complements the landing to relax or read. The outside is fenced at the back of the house, without vis-à-vis, in summer season you can enjoy the barbecue. The cleaning fee includes cleaning the house, as well as cleaning fees for all linen provided. However, we thank you for leaving the house in good condition and tidy please. Only the garbage cans are to be taken out and the dishes to be stored clean on the shelves before you leave. Thank you.
