Villa Mika is a luxury eco-friendly residence of 500 sqm located on the outskirts of Negombo, on the west coast of Sri Lanka. A luxury oasis among coconut palms, the architecturally designed house offers comfort and calm for travelers who wish to relax. The design and style of the house reflects the serene island life that is part of Sri Lankan culture and heritage. The space Villa Mika is ideal for couple’s or families (max 4 adults) and includes a pool, jacuzzi, large garden, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 ultra-king-size beds, a cot for a baby and a guest bathroom. Villa Mika is a staffed property with a house manager who stays overnight in separate quarters. In case of any power cuts, we have an automatic generator which can power the entire villa including the air conditioners. We have a water treatment system so all the water in Villa Mika is purified and drinkable. There is high speed WIFI available throughout the property. Guests have exclusive private use of the property. A daily continental breakfast is included in the rate. There is a small food menu available upon pre-order at an additional cost. The house manager can drive guests to the supermarket once a day if needed in our jeep (free of charge). Guests can also use Ubereats to access a wide variety of food. Other things to note Villa Mika is located at 8 km from the airport and 8 km from the city’s sandy beaches and nightlife. Guests can request early check in or late check out at US$100 (depending on availability). We can also arrange transport to and from the airport.
