The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-storey house in the Barranco of a quiet side valley of Hermigua . The basement is occupied by the landlord. The apartment has a separate entrance and a spacious private terrace overlooking the sea and Teide of Tenerife. In front of the entrance of the apartment is a small garden with shade space at the sole disposal of the holiday guests. Access to the apartment is not accessible The space The bright apartment is about 50 square meters, the terrace also includes about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a spacious bedroom with adjoining toilet and shower. In addition, there is a second toilet with shower in the apartment. Wifi is available free of charge. The terrace is equipped with appropriate furniture. The inventory includes coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guest access The separate apartment includes the terrace, which can only be reached via the apartment and a shade in the entrance area in front of the apartment. Other things to note All over the island, toilet paper is put in an extra container, otherwise the toilets will clog because of the thin pipes! The landlord is only present temporarily. A selection of books in German are available in the apartment. For occupancy with three people, 10€ per person will be charged for the other person.
