Welcome to Seaside -a secluded beach house tucked in behind the dunes, only footsteps to the golden sands and surf at Culburra Beach. Laze around on sun lounges and swim in the nine metre pool surrounded with tranquil gardens. Finish your days enjoying a barbecue on the large Weber or cook up a feast in a well equipped kitchen and complement your meal with fresh produce from the veggie garden. It's more like staying in a friends luxury beach house than a holiday rental. The space The kitchen is well equipped with many appliances including a Smeg stove ; electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a range of baking equipment, quality cookware, platters and sharp knives. Dining Room ; Large dining table and chairs for eleven. Lounge Room ; Large 160 smart TV, DVD player and free Wifi. Curl up in front of the wood fire in winter and there is a ceiling fan in summer, along with the NE coastal breeze. Rumpus Room ; Futon lounge or comfortable double bed, single bed, wall mounted TV, Fan and a great view the private lush gardens of the rear yard. Bedroom 1 ; Queen size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Bedroom 2 ; Queen size bed, mirrored double wardrobe, desk, TV, ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 ; Two king single beds, walk in wardrobed ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 ; Two single beds, desk and ceiling fan. Bathroom ; Three way bathroom, shower bath, vanity and toilet. Laundry ; Front load washing machine, dryer and iron. Garage ; Locked garage and ample fenced off street parking. Front Yard ; Private nine metre pool surrounded with tranquil gardens, three sun lounges, chairs, shade sail and outside shower. Rear Yard ; Large and fully fenced for your kids and dogs to run and play freely. Covered BBQ area with table and chairs to entertain up to eleven people with full privacy surrounded by lush gardens. There is a bee hive at the rear of the property in the locked fenced vegie garden. Feel free to unlock and help yourself to the vegies, herbs and enjoy the complementary 'Seaside Honey' from our pantry. Linen for your stay is all included BYO beach towels. Seaside has Wifi. Pets are welcome. The rear yard is fully fenced, height 1.8 metre and there is covered area with a large dog bed, self filling water trough, and bowl. Please no pets in the pool area or on the furniture inside the home. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for Schoolies, Bucks and Hens, Weddings, under 21 groups and Parties of any sort. Registration Details PID-STRA-3022
