Located on the ground floor with a garden-view patio, perfect for outdoor relaxation and privacy. Guests can enjoy two outdoor swimming pools and two hot tubs. Sleeps up to 2 adults, with the option to add 1 extra bed for a child up to 17 years old. The space Podere Agave is a warm and welcoming agriturismo, designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment. All apartments are independent and feature a kitchenette, surrounded by the greenery of olive groves and gardens, scented with aromatic herbs and lovingly cared for in harmony with nature. Each accommodation is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, heating and air conditioning, as well as a furnished outdoor patio or balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the peaceful countryside. It is the ideal place for those dreaming of a nature getaway without giving up the comforts of a small hotel. Your stay includes bed and bath linens, final cleaning, and weekly linen change. Extra cleaning or linen changes can be requested (extra charge). In the morning, you can make your stay even more special with a buffet breakfast (extra charge), prepared with organic farm products and offering gluten-free and lactose-free options. Pets are also welcome (extra charge): here they can run freely in the countryside and enjoy nature, because the holiday is for them too. Guest access The agriturismo is set on a hillside just 3 km from San Vincenzo, offering stunning sea views and unforgettable sunsets 🌅. Guests can enjoy two outdoor swimming pools warmed by the sun, one of which is open all year round, as well as two outdoor hot tubs—perfect for relaxing under the open sky with sea views. You’ll also find a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines (extra charge); tokens are available at the reception. At the bar, you can stop by for breakfast, a coffee, an ice cream, or an aperitif, and order charcuterie and cheese boards, sandwiches, and light lunches to enjoy in the garden or in your apartment. At sunset, a glass of wine is the perfect way to savor the moment 🍷. We are also a working farm, producing organic extra virgin olive oil and homemade jams, available for purchase in our shop along with local products. During the summer, guests can enjoy a daily basket of freshly harvested organic fruit and vegetables from the farm. In the garden, you’ll find gazebos ideal for relaxing in the shade, reading a book, or taking a nap, as well as two BBQ areas with wood provided for shared grilling moments. For children, there is a playground with a sandbox, ping pong, table football, tree houses, and plenty of green space to run around. They will love meeting and feeding our chickens and donkeys 🐓🐴.
