Indoor amenities abound with chef's kitchen, decor filled social areas with bar and pool table, 4 comfortable bedrooms, workspaces, 3 full baths, formal dining and personal gym. The space The Sanctuary is located in Nellie Gail Ranch, a private equestrian community situated in the heart of South Orange County. Bridle trails run throughout the community with a path behind every house. Privacy and tranquility abound in this community. Guest can enjoy the use of the community pool and tennis center. The house is equipped with a mesh WiFi system 300MB Cox cable internet. For remote work-oriented guests, there are 3 desks each with Wi-Fi connect color printer access and Ethernet cat6 connections. Longer term guests can enjoy the community recreation center with pool, tennis and equestrian facilities. Guest access There is a 2 car garage available, plus ample driveway and street parking. Other things to note For a nominal monthly fee, guests can obtain access to the community pool, clubhouse, tennis club and equestrian facilities.
