Rotonda Sunrise is a large apartment with numerous amenities, a splendid view and located in an absolutely central area: very close to both the Rotonda, the heart of the promenade, which can be admired from the balcony, and to the Rocca Roveresca, the hub of the historic center. All the city's nerve centers are just a two-minute walk away. The space The apartment was completely renovated in early 2022. All the systems are brand new, as are the bathrooms, fixtures and most of the furnishings. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed: the gold room and the emerald room, the latter with an additional double sofa bed. In the large living room, there are sofa beds for three more potential comfortable seats. The kitchen, also brand new, is now structured with a large open space to allow guests the maximum space available. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. One bathroom is equipped with a chromotherapy system. Fiber internet connection with Go Internet. The apartment is also equipped with two large balconies, a veranda with sea view and a breakfast table, and private underground parking with a numbered space for guests' exclusive use. There are 4 bicycles available free of charge. Guest access Guests will be able to rent the entire apartment in the summer months (for a total of 9 beds).
