Please READ EVERYTHING which we spent a great deal of time to write! The space Can host 4 people with separate sleeping arrangements, 6 people if 4 share the 2 double beds, crib on request. Please note the living room can be used as the 2nd bedroom. Guest access The apartment has its private front entrance, with a private kitchen, living room/bedroom, bedroom, office, walk-in-closet and bathroom. Other things to note 1. The rental applies ONLY to the flat, which does NOT include gardens and other facilities outside of the flat. 2. Please read given information carefully, pay particular attention to house rules and instructions. 3. Privacy is sacred in this neighbourhood, the general rule is that as long as people can't hear you/sense anything "bad" from the outside everything is fine.
