The studio is situated away from the main house A beautiful quiet rural setting on lifestyle block 30 mins north of Christchurch International airport Rangiora township is 5kms away with easy access to shopping, restaurants & movies. I & 1/2 hrs to Hamner Springs, 1 hr to Porters pass ski field. Close to beaches Waikuku, Woodend, Pegasus Bay, and the Waimakariri river for jet boating swimming & fishing The space The Studio includes a Queen bed with a wool rest An extra stretcher can be added for a 3rd person if required. The studio and bathroom are both double glazed. It has a an Inverter heat pump/air conditioner, HRV system ( recycled ventilation system) Smart TV with Netflix, free Wifi, There is a Kitchenette with table and chairs, fridge, a modern Induction cooktop with one plate for fast and effective cooking, a microwave, Airfryer, toaster, electric Sandwich maker, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Free continental breakfast, gluten free on request, towels changed daily if required, electric blanket for those cold winter nights. The room has French doors that open up onto a patio with table and chairs amongs't a garden setting with ornamental features. Guest access Drive through the main gate. The driveway is a circular and long with easy access to the studio unit at the end of the drive. Car parking is free and is right outside the unit door. You will have free access to all the property except the main house and shed. Other things to note The studio has easy access, for anyone who has a disability. There are no steps. Sometimes we will have friends and family visit but this won't have any impact on your privacy as the studio is completely self contained. It also has its own private patio facing west to capture the sun. The main house has its own patio that is completely away from the unit so individuals residing have there own space.
