This accommodation is on a top of a hill crest that is protruding outwards slightly, meaning there is no obstructed view from the sides or the bottom of the property, making this accommodation having the best view in Queenstown and the surrounding Wakatipu lake. You can't beat that view from the living room. NOTE: THE FIRE PLACE IS BROKEN, EVERY ROOM HAS AIR CONDITIONING. The space This accommodation is on the lower floor. Requiring to go down a flight of stairs. The is one car port space available. Bedroom 1 (en-suite) 1 King 1 Sofa Bed in Living Room Guest access NOTE: We will provide you with the full check in details about 14 days before you check in. There is a car port available to use. Other things to note This is a residential area so please keep your noise down at all times. Please do not use the outdoor areas between 10:00pm and 7:00am. If you’re staying in the house on Monday or check out on Monday please take both the rubbish bin and recycle bin out before 8:00am following what the neighbors do.
