The space This typical and ancient country house is spread over two distinct apartments on various levels, with independent entrances and connected by an external cobblestone staircase. On the ground floor there is a loft with a bar and kitchen area which overlooks the main garden and the swimming pool with outdoor shower. On the side of the loft there is access to a cool pergola overlooking the valley of olive trees crossed by a private MTB track. In the raised area there is a living room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and two bathrooms. The floor is completed by an equipped kitchen that overlooks a large solarium of over 60 square meters which can also be used as a dining and lounge area. On the other side of the floor you can enjoy a cool porch where you can also have lunch and play table tennis. Finally, on the upper floor there is another apartment with kitchen, living room with fireplace, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. At this level there is also another garden with fruit trees and a dining area with hammock and both traditional and Weber barbecue.
