Room with private bathroom in modern cottage town

A comfortable bedroom in a new modern house located in a quite guarded cottage town. We have parking places near the house. The room is spacious with private bathroom, big wardrobe and balcony. There are forest and river near us. It's close to Kyiv center: 20 minutes by car and 30-40 minutes by public transport. It's close to Ramada Encore: 10 minutes by foot. The space In the room you will find a very comfortable full-size bed. There are a wardrobe and direct access to the private bathroom inside the room. The room is quite large - 22 m2 (without bathroom and wardrobe). The room has a door to an open balcony, so it is full of light during the whole day. You could see the forest and some other nice houses from the balcony. I'm sure you'll enjoy it! Guest access The room is on the first floor of the house. The high tech kitchen and the comfortable living room are on the ground floor. There is a beautiful garden near the house. We have two sunbeds, feel free to use them.
