*please note there is no wifi at this apartment. However, McDonald's is a short walk down the road, if wifi is needed. The apartment provides for a basic stay, keeping the nightly rate low whilst keeping you comfortable. The balcony is the standout feature, with leafy city views, perfect for a morning coffee, daytime reading, or evening wine whilst watching the sunset. No smoking or vaping in apartment or on balcony. The space Open plan living with light, airy views from the lounge, dining space, kitchen & balcony, the apartment is perfectly set up for some time to chill out on your own or a place to sleep for a quick stopover. A 5 min walk to the train & 3 stops to the city, it is easy access to anywhere in Brisbane, with a variety of coffee, food & drink options nearby. You will either be in the Pink Room or Green room. Pink has a queen bed & Green has a king bed. Shared bathroom. Note: as the apartment is owner occupied, I will still be around if only one room is booked, though I do try make myself scarce! Guest access Guests can access all rooms of the apartment, except the 2nd bedroom. During your stay I will be available at any time via text or email for any queries or concerns. I live in the 2nd room, so will be around but often make myself scarce so you feel like you have the place to yourself. Lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom, balcony are shared spaces. Early check in/late check out available on request. Other things to note For bookings less than 24hrs notice, please enquire first - as it's owner occupied, I may not always be able to prepare the apartment in time for guests.
