D’Q Putra Homestay Melaka is located in Ayer Keroh Melaka, it is only take 5 minutes from exit toll ayer keroh to the homestay. It is a new teracce house with Private pool and 4 bedrooms is very strategic location which nearest with interesting places and the accomodation given is superb as feel like staying in our own home. Its take only 15 minutes to the melaka town and 20 minutes to the nearest beach. The space The homestay is a new house with friendly neighbourhood. Provided with bbq set for family those are want to enjoy their night moment. This homestay is located near with hypermarket, petrol station and fast food restaurant. Guest access Guess can access the whole house including pool, kitchen and personal laundry Other things to note Homestay rules and regulation: (1) Check in 3.00pm , check out 12noon (2) Security deposit (RM100) is required during check in and will be refund after 24hour check out (3) No pets allowed (4) No smoking allowed in the premis (5) Non Muhrim not allowed to stay in the premis (6) Nonhalal foods & Any alcohol is not allowed entering in the premis (7) No party allowed in the premis (8) Please do not make noise after 10pm (9) Please do not make any changes on the furniture from the original position (10) All the lights, fans, Air Cond & electrical appliances should be OFF before leaving house or when no one inside premis (11) Dont throw any waste to neighbour house. (12) Prohibited goods such as explosives , bombs, drugs and ammunition are not allowed **Penalty will be charge for those who are not follow the above rules and regulation. **Penalty will be charge for those who make any damage on the item provided in the premis ( Refer to the list of item stick at the wall in the premis)
