PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Hi my name is EVOLET TEOH. 🌴My studio location= opposite a beautiful & popular beach in PANGKOR ISLAND where visitors gather for swimming ,picnic & water games( about 3 minutes of walking ) 🏊My studio window is facing directly to the swimming pool and beautiful green hills. Swimming pool is free for studio guests. The space 🚶About 5-8 minutes of walking distance to many seafood restaurants , convenient, souvenir, duty free shops & massage centres. Note: Walking time is based on healthy adults PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 🌻All attractions in PANGKOR ISLAND= about 2-8 minutes of driving from my studio.. 👍When you visit my studio , I give you my assurance that what you get is what you see in the room photos posted here.NEW , CLEAN , TIDY and FRESH ! I always make it a practice to clean and tidy up the room by myself in order to ensure its cleanliness and tidiness. 🌴PROPERTY TYPE=STUDIO. My studio is on first floor (20 steps only) . 2 queen size beds. (4 guests) 2 floor mattress (2 guests) 1 bathroom. Totally can comfortably fit in 6 guests. (Note: Sleeping arrangement is prepared for you based on the headcount you entered in the booking system) HOUSE RULES / TERMS: 👉The price charged to you is auto calculated based on the headcount you entered in the booking system. ( DIFFERENT HEADCOUNTS=DIFFERENT PRICES ) 👉CCTV OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE IS FOR SECURITY and TO MONITOR HEADCOUNT ! 👉So you MUST HONESTLY provide the EXACT number of guests ( including CHILDREN / INFANTS) in the booking system. 👉MAXIMUM allowed=NO MORE than 6 guests. ( Including children and infants) 👉Guests who are DISHONEST with the headcount and then arrive for check in with extra head/s ( including children and infants) are NOT ALLOWED TO CHECK IN , DOOR WILL AUTO LOCK and NO REFUND. 👉We DO NOT allow more than 6 guests( including CHILDREN and infants) to check in our property. 1)NO SMOKING.($200 PENALTY if found smoking inside studio ) 2) NO PETS 3)$100 PENALTY for late check out (After 12.20pm). 4)NO COOKING 5) DO NOT take away anything in studio. 6)NO drinks and foods on beds. 7)We do not provide the service of keeping luggages 8) Extra CHARGES if things found broken as a result of your carelessness 9)Failure to arrive / No-show (On whatever reason)=No refund , NO date postponement will be given and No change of booking ownership. 10)To book on behalf of other party must first obtain permission from us. Violation of this term=NO CHECK IN ALLOWED and NO REFUND. 11) Change of booking date/ownership is NOT ALLOWED=NO CHECK IN ALLOWED and NO REFUND 12)Must provide valid HANDPHONE NUMBER 13) Portable stereo speakers NOT ALLOWED. 14)$50 charge for EARLY CHECK IN ( subject to availability and approval ) 15) You are required to bank in 200 RINGGIT refundable deposit to the host 3 days before your check in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you on your check out date. NO check-in allowed without refundable deposit. 16)NO PARTY / EVENT allowed inside the studio. Thank you for your kind understanding 🙏 Welcome to my hometown, PANGKOR ISLAND !🌴 Other things to note WHAT SHOULD YOU DO WHEN IN PANGKOR ISLAND? 1. rest & relax - doing nothing, laze on the beach, enjoy the sea breeze while sipping fresh coconut drinks, watch the lovely sunset along the Pasir Bogak beach or catch up on your favorite books. 2. adventure / sporty - enjoy the sea sports including jet ski, banana boat,kayak and so on. For snorkeling, boats are also available for rental too. All these can be found at Pasir Bogak beach! 3. culture / heritage - learn how to make dried fish(ikan bilis), satay. Also visit the Dutch Fort build in 1670, Fu Lin Kung Temple, boat factory, the museum to learn more Pangkor Island's history. 4. family with young kids - build sand castle or stroll along the beach, swimming at the pool & visit dried fish / satay factory or the museum to learn the rich history of Pangkor Island. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT PANGKOR ISLAND? anytime of the year as it is always sunny throughout the year!! (Do note that it gets busy during the public holidays and school holidays too)
