The space The apartment is a modern spacious apartment (bedroom and living room-kitchen-dining room) - located on the 4th floor of a new house (unfortunately, without an elevator) in the center of Sochi (the quietest and calmest area "Svetlana") only 1 km from the promenade and beaches. For guests we have prepared: A cozy bedroom with a beautiful king-size double bed, wardrobes for clothes and linen, TV and panoramic sea view; A living room-kitchen-dining room with a large double sofa, wardrobes for clothes and linen, a beautiful dining table, a kitchen area with modern appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, interesting dishes) and a panoramic sea view; A full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment can accommodate children (baby cot and chair, potty and stroller are available upon request). The house has a 24-hour grocery store with everything you need. Pyaterochka store is 5 minutes away, 24/7 Perekrestok and Magnit are 10 minutes away. All the most interesting places in Sochi (arboretum, circus, promenade with beaches, parks and restaurants, Summer and Winter theaters, Art Museum, Sea and Railway stations) can be reached on foot, an easy and pleasant walk. Guest access Guests have access to all two-room apartments. Other things to note Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the house, so four flights of stairs may be a problem.
