Villa Burra offers a private terrace with a big, heated swimming pool, fully covered rustic fireplace and barbecue, along with lounge area. The pool is heated from May all through the end of September, when Croatia is very much sunny and hot. You will be in a quiet rural place and have total peace and privacy. The space Villa Burra: - 3 bedrooms with a king size bed, TV and air-con - 3 bathrooms + 1 toilet - fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances - private, heated, big 8x4 swimming pool makes swimming enjoyable in spring, summer and fall (seasonal: open May 1st - September 30th, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing) - private parking for up to 4 cars - electronic darts - badminton rackets - speedball - kids' playground (nearby) - outside covered barbecue - beach vicinity (10') - hiking trails Guest access Your hosts can advise you how to find your way around local area. We'll provide you with a document with honest recommendations of restaurants and closest places to buy groceries. We'll use our experience to recommend the best places around for a type of holiday you desire. Once you make a reservation, we can schedule a Zoom call if you want, so we can answer your questions about Villa Burra, North Adriatic and Croatia, so you can best prepare yourself for your vacation. Other things to note We believe that as hosts, we provide extra value to your vacation. We only share a parking lot and your entrance and terrace are separated from ours. Still, we live in the same building, on the floor under you. We don't even have to meet during your stay, but if you want, you'll have an impression you are visiting your friends. If you are interested in a longer stay outside of the summer season, send in a request and we'll work out a significant discount, depending on the duration of your stay. We will kindly ask you to deposit 300 euros in cash. We will return the whole amount if there will be no damage done to our property during your stay. We are pet friendly, but our swimming pool is not :-) Pets are not allowed in the pool. It is not allowed to bring extra people, who are not on the reservation, to our property, without prior approval from the hosts.
