The homeowners live upstairs and we are available at your convenience or will give you space if you prefer. The space This is a private lower floor unit with a separate entrance from the homeowners. Tastefully decorated with all your basic needs. In the living room you will find a sofa bed and recliner, ottoman, flat screen TV, books and games, and wifi connectivity. In the bedroom you will find one king size bed, full size dresser, two night tables, two lamps and a full length mirror. The bathroom has three fixtures and a backlit mirror. There is a covered patio and fenced back yard. There is a shared laundry room and onsite parking. We will be more than happy to help with directions or recommendations as well as assistance with public transit if requested. The location is close to shopping, parks, lakes, beaches, and transit. 40 minutes drive to your choice of three ski hills and 90 minute drive to Whistler. Guest access Guests will have access to the full one bedroom unit, as well as the covered patio and fenced back yard. There is a shared laundry room and onsite parking. Other things to note We have a two cats (Carlos & Marcel) who are very friendly to other people but not to other pets! We do not allow the cats into the rental suite so it is still suitable for people with mild cat allergies. There is central forced air heating though.
