Once a dated static caravan, now a beautifully appointed chalet. Just 400 metres from the beach & 5 mins walk from Bude town centre, it's position is fantastic. With its own off road parking & south facing private patio with BBQ. Inside there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen with underfloor heating throughout; Woodburner; Smart TV, WiFi; Gas hob & electric main oven; Main bathroom with large shower; 1st Bedroom, Kingsize Bedroom & Ensuite Toilet; 2nd Bedroom 2 twins or 1 kingsize bed. The space Being so close to Bude's Summerleaze beach and town centre, with its own private outdoor space, means you could park up your car and not need to sit in any traffic or struggle with any public car parks all holiday if you wish, a true break away! Guest access While there is a private patio for the chalets residents only, there is also a lovely south facing grassed area beside the patio that is open for the guest to use at their own risk. This is all part of Ebbingford Manors grounds. However the grounds are not secure and the manors residents do have cats, so please ensure that dogs are kept on the lead and always pick up after them. Other things to note We supply bedlinen, bath and hand towels, tea towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid, washing up sponge and cloth, hand soap and some tea, coffee and sugar to get you started.
