Holiday Gite with Private Pool and Jacuzzi

Within it's own 10 acre garden, there is total privacy for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming. It is a perfect size for up to 3 couples and up to 4 children. Perfect for families, for relaxing, cycling, good wine and good foods. You'll arrive and not want to leave. On the edge of a pretty village with a bakery, restaurant, shop, park and tennis court. 45 minutes from Bordeaux, Cognac and St Emilion. South facing patio for outdoor dining and a fire pit. 6 person jacuzzi and sun-heated pool. The space Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of preparation space, fridge, gas oven and hob, sink and storage space. Open plan living / dining room with a large, expandable table, coffee machine, drinks fridge and microwave. Living room has a big open fireplace and sofa. Games corner with loads of games as well as a TV for DVDs. Various old Playstations and games. Downstairs bedroom has a double bed, large drawer unit, with double doors onto the garden. Upstairs the two double bedrooms are at each end of the house, one also has a toddler bed. with a landing, bathroom and double bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds so sleeps up to 4. The house has enough beds for 12 but we limit it to 8-10 to ensure it is well cared for. Outdoor hot shower in addition to a downstairs shower / utility room and a main bathroom with bathtub. The house is set in it's own private grounds, backing on to open hay fields and woodland. There is a fenced pond in the garden. Young children must be supervised outside at all times please. Guest access You'll have full and private use of the entire house, pool, jacuzzi and gardens. The host lives off site. Other things to note Free WiFi available in the house.
