Haus Philip is a very cozy and modern log cabin directly in an exposed unique location on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox The space Our log cabin is rated for a maximum of 4 people according to the quality criteria of the DTV classification with * * * * 4 STARS. "The vacation home offers a higher quality overall furnishings with elevated comfort." For us, the focus is on nature, which is why we also built the houses out of wood, and the floor is also made of real parquet. All woods were painted with an oil on an economic basis (inside and outside). A wallbox is provided, but please bring cables. Guest access There is a key box at each of the houses. We will email the code number to the tenants. The manager Maik lives opposite and will contact you. He also settles the tourist tax with you. (Currently €3.00 per adult/children from 6 years to 18 years €1.80/as of August 2024). Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Or arrange the time in advance with our manager. Other things to note We send our guests a link from the registration form to fill out themselves so that everything is filled out correctly. The DiGi cards will be sent by email 7 days prior to arrival. For this we always need the guest's email address. In the event of snowfall, the renter is responsible for snow removal on the property in front of the house. The cleaning fee includes the following: Cleaning and laundry package for 2 people (already covered). There are 2 large sauna towels per house in the sauna. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available (the capsules are available in the Edeka), as well as a coffee machine for powdered coffee. On the terrace is a lounge, parasol, barbecue, sun lounger (in the shed) and a fire pit - between both houses. Introducing Wallbox The nightly rate includes: sewage fees, water fees, rainwater, tourism tax, sales tax, business tax, property tax, second residence tax, income tax, chimney sweep, gas, electricity, radio fees, repairs, chamber contributions, summer and winter service, firewood, internet, street cleaning, insurance, ... kitchensupplies, bathroom items... Note: there is no oil available (Airbnb cannot delete this information itself!)
