In the finest of contemporary Balinese tradition, this very spacious two-level villa with private pool in a lush garden setting, provides a relaxed and very private environment, with full resort amenities at your door. This is no ordinary villa, recently renovated to the highest standard with no expense spared, it boasts superior amenity and fit-out, and the closest direct beach access within the resort. Enter the villa via its covered portico with water feature which extends seamlessly into the villa as you step across and enter through its large double doors. The open plan living areas are large, luxurious, light and spacious with high ceilings, honed stone floors and a neutral pallet. All living areas flow onto an expansive outdoor travertine paved terrace and tropical garden surrounded by manicured hedges, with its own private heated pool fully tiled in glistening Bisazza glass mosaics. The water feature finished in Balinese stone tiles and sandstone is complimented by an original stainless steel Sting-ray sculpture, an inhabitant of the local waters. The BBQ pavilion featuring an antique wrought iron French provincial chandelier, compliments the perfect outdoor entertaining and dining experience. This outdoor area is a private oasis with ample choice of quality seating and sunbeds to relax and soak up the sun. Well-designed mood lighting ads to the relaxed outdoor ambience and softly light the interior of the villa at night. The living areas are contemporary yet complimenting the Balinese theme, and well-appointed. Intimate dining is provided for eight. A well appointed kitchen including the latest imported Gaggenau and Liebheer appliances, ice maker, and Jura coffee machine for the coffee lover cater for the most discerning guest. A seperate wet bar incorporating wine fridge and chilled and sparkling water on tap meets the most discerning entertainers needs. In keeping with the heritage of the region, walls are adorned with original artwork by noted indigenous artists. Upstairs, from the large open hallway displaying a large indigenous canvas by Mary Brown Napangardi, enter the master bedroom suite through its full height double doors to reveal a suite of immense proportion. Its large panoramic windows provide a very private and tranquil rainforest outlook with the occasional water glimpse through this beach reserve. A four-poster king bed takes centre stage. Two further king bedrooms are located on the first floor to the opposite end to the main bedroom suite maximising privacy. The two secondary bedrooms are large and contemporary in style including white plantation shutters with double doors opening onto their individual private balconies with seating and table. One of the King beds converts to two (2) king singles. Both bedrooms include large wall mounted smart televisions, and original artwork. All include Temper beds, feather down pillows and quality linen.
