Magnolia: Cozy 3* Cottage, heated pool and hot tub

Our Gite is a comfortable, well equipped two bedroom/four person traditional French house near Mantilly, with a shared heated pool, a private hot tub area and plenty of outdoor space. 3* rated 2021. There are many places to walk/cycle in the Normandie-Maine Natural Park. Nearby are the pretty towns of Domfront and Lassay-Les-Chateaux. Easy access to the Falaise pocket, Mont St Michel & the Normandy coast. Mantilly has a small shop. Hypermarkets ~15 minutes. The space We have two bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed; bedroom 2 either two single beds or one double. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower & toilet; downstairs a toilet. We have a comfortable lounge with a pellet burner plus a kitchen/dining room and separate utility area with dishwasher and washing machine. Electric radiators in most rooms. In the lounge there is a TV with French Terrestrial TV, UK Satellite TV (Freesat) and Italian Free to air satellite TV. Outside your gite has a private seating area where your own hot tub is located (open April to end October/All Saints Holiday). The covered/heated pool is also open from April to end October. Guest access There is onsite parking at the property for one car. Note: pets are only accepted by prior agreement and must either be kept off the furniture or you need to bring covers to protect seating. They must not be allowed in the bedrooms!
