Located in the very heart of the old city center, at the edge of the ancient city of Serdica, and close to everything Sofia as a capital has to offer you. Down stairs to the street, right next door you can enjoy your morning time with the best Italian homemade brunch in a charming bistro. Just few steps away on the same street there are supermarket, drogerie shop, bookstore, pharmacy and the ultimate fancy food bar in the city. Public transport will connect you to airport & central bus/railway stations. Guest access The studio is on the 4th floor of the building, self-contained with privacy guaranteed. It is modern one-spaced appartment, recently renovated with natural materials. It is sunny and extremely spacious, with wooden floor all over and 3m high ceilings. It has an urban designed brand new social kitchen, 4 chairs dining zone, also perfect for working, 1 relaxing sofa that turns into a double bed if needed, 1 double-sized bed with orthopedic mattress and a surprisingly big enough wardrobe - boudoir. In the bathroom you can take a shower in a feet massage shower niche , where the hot water is unlimited, and the space is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. We are "green", we care about our planet and hope you do too, so, you will find a recycle bin' corner in the entrance. It is great for 2 persons, also can host up to 4 persons. Public entrances to the listing are clean, illuminated and safe. Other things to note Everything in the studio is super-clean and excellent maintained , so please keep on mind to respect that.
