Beautiful en-suite bedroom in a lovely family home

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located just 3.7 miles from St. Andrews town center, our home enjoys a peaceful semi rural setting, ideal for quiet relaxation and rambles. The stone built house is B listed, dates from 1803 and has a lovely garden with plenty of open space to enjoy the Fife sunshine. This spacious en-suite Red Bedroom overlooks the garden, has 1 king sized bed and sleeps 2. A continental breakfast with home made scones, muffins, breads, granola etc served The space Our home, sits at the very end of a private farm road, off the beaten path but only a short 3.7 mile drive or walk to St. Andrews. The space is designed invitingly for comfort and ease with a living room and dining room at each end of a long front hallway. The living room is a large comfortable room with a stone fireplace, a baby grand piano and access to the back garden. The Red dining room is spacious and inviting for breakfast, beverages and nibbles. The huge cart arch windows all along the hallway and the rooms allow the sunshine (it happens in Fife!) to pour into the house and you can access the patio and back garden through french doors in the living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and have lovely views of the garden. Wee Boo, our labradoodle, adores everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to our home. PLEASE NOTE: I have 2 other bedrooms listed (3 in total); the calendar gets “confused” sometimes and blocks off dates that are available, so please, if you don’t see availability for your dates, contact me as there might be other rooms available. All bedrooms are lovely with king beds and en- suite bathrooms. Guest access Our guests are welcome to use the living room, dining room, front sitting room, the patio and the garden During your stay This is our home and we're always available as needed. You can see as little or more of us as you like :) Other things to note You may want to pack your walking shoes….the private farm road is unpaved. If you wish to explore, there are lovely walks through the farm where you can see an old castle ruin, sheep, cows, horses and…..alpaca! Farm tours and walking with alpaca experience can be arranged separately if interested.
