We are part of Trehan's Residence, located in Central Delhi surrounded by lush green trees and many parks and well connected to main places in New Delhi. *The room and washroom maintenance is included. *The Bathroom is attached. *The kitchen is common, usage will cost minimum amt of 200 to 500/- *Guests staying for more then 2 days, will have to pay advance bills i.e. Electricity, Water, Gas as per usage. Other things to note *The kitchen usage will cost minimum to 100 to 500/- *Guests staying for more then 2 days, they will need to pay a small amount of advance billing security i.e. Electricity, Water, Gas as per usage, which is refundable after deducting the bills. *If the stay is for 1 month, then 50% of the rent as security must be given in advance, which is also refundable after deducting the bills, at the time of the check out.
