Louvre - Room in a very central cosy flat

The flat is precisely at the heart of Paris, ( 5 min. walk to the Louvre, la Seine, etc.) in a small residential street in between major tourist attractions and a transport and shopping hub (Les Halles). It is ideal for a couple to discover and explore the city. The space The flat is very homely in a small residential street, inside a quiet building where the composer Ferdinand Hérold lived. The larger area is historical, very central, and busy. The sleeping room has the form of the attic. Because it is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, the flat isn't suitable for persons with mobility difficulties or for those who travel with heavy luggage. As this is an attic flat, the bathroom is also small and of unequal height but the guests can enjoy a real bathtub with a small window to Parisian roofs! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their bedroom. They share the rest of the flat with me and have access to everything except my sleeping room. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwaves, teapots, boiler, and everything you need to prepare and take a meal. A washing machine is also available. During your stay I interact with guests as much as I can, but sometimes I am away, and either friends or the cleaning lady will be around to give and take the keys and to reply to questions or give guidance in case of urgent matters. Other things to note The flat is not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties or for travellers with heavy luggage as it is located on the 5th floor of a building without an elevator. In the summer months, light comes in early in the morning, and the shutters do not cover the entire space.
