Entrance right on the side of public street with private car Park for up to 6 Car Other things to note IMPORTANT (X) We try our best to keep our service in compliance with the rules and regulations of the government in regards to the current COVID19 - pandemic situation. Our efforts are to maintain long distance and less to none physical contact between staffs and guests. The use of face masks are mandatory for staffs. Room supplies and facilities are cleaned properly and disinfected before the start of every reservations. Hand sanitizers and soap are provided in most areas for your safety. We hope that you can understand our efforts and we wish that guests could abide our normal check-in (14.00) and check-out time (10.00) as we require ample time to execute this for our safety and others. (X) The place is suited to have 11-12 guests and 4 extra beds are available. For more than 12 guests to the maximum of 16 guests will incur extra fees. Sleeping outside the designated area is not allowed. 7 Rooms are allocated for guests to use. For additional guests over 16 can contact us directly. (X) Conducting group events such as any form of parties or weddings involving large number of guests outside the capacity are not allowed as our place is designed for vacation home, not multi function building. Unless neighborhood permit requested by the guests themselves is given to us. (X) Important things to keep in mind for guests is that, our main concern is regarding Loud Noises. (X) Any activities involving loud noises, the use of noise enhancing equipments (Such as, Karaoke, Speaker) are prohibited especially during nighttime. Swimming Pool Access is restricted from 18.00-06.00. All of these matter are in accordance with the neighborhood rules and regulations.
