Everything will be explained in the first reply message and on cilentovillas The space Domus Laeta is a historic residence dating back to the 1600s, located in the Cilento National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, in the small village of Giungano — essentially Paestum — in the province of Salerno. South-facing, it offers a captivating view stretching from the valley to the sea, with Capri and the Amalfi Coast on the horizon. It still preserves its original 17th-century structure: watchtowers, arrow slits along the walls, stables, mangers, an olive press, cellars, and ancient bread ovens. In the spacious and panoramic garden, the old water collection basin beside the natural spring well has been transformed into a pool with hydromassage. Domus Laeta can be described as a villa, agriturismo, B&B, hotel, holiday home or even a small hamlet, but it has always remained a family-run property, with members of the same family present for five centuries. Belonging since its origins to an aristocratic family, it preserves precious memories in its furnishings, objects, historical archives, and an exquisite library containing about two thousand rare and ancient volumes. Wedding receptions become a wonderful experience for guests, who can move between the indoor spaces — two elegant halls on the main floor and a hall adjacent to the ancient courtyards, accommodating around 100 seated guests — and the outdoor areas, including the poolside, the lawn with fruit trees, and the large grape pergola. Guests have six rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning. Boardrooms, library, TV room. The palace, one of the oldest in the country, is located next to the main square and the church. It is on three levels and overlooks the valley resting on a terraced garden with fruit trees and vineyard. The structure has all the characteristics of the manor house equipped for complete management autonomy. From the outside, it appears a fortified house as it must have been in past centuries. Inside, before entering the house properly, a series of small courtyards and courtyards where the servants were engaged in various tasks: caring for donkeys and horses (there are still troughs and iron rings to which they were tied), preparation of wine, and production of oil with grapes and olives harvested in the underlying olive grove owned by the family.
