Guest access Guests have access to all facilities, the fully enclosed garden including a barbecue and a range of herbs, and the surrounding six acre block. The Timbarra River is 40 metres from the gate which is great for trout fishing, swimming or just sitting and watching the amazing birds. So many birds! There are several steps leading to the bathroom and toilet. Guests will be surprised by the modern composting toilet which is continuously vented by a solar powered fan. Please note that this property is surrounded by a working farm so cows and sheep will wander past. For this reason we ask that you please leave your dogs at home. There is plenty of space for horses but you will need to bring your own fence. The six acre property is great for kids to ride push bikes and play games on. The general store has basic supplies. There is also a popular hotel, petrol station, restaurant and takeaway shop. And of course the famous Buchan Caves. The closest large supermarket is at Lakes Entrance about an hours drive away. We provide a small supply of coffee, tea and milk in case you forget these essentials.
