A single storey extremely spacious private annex on the outskirts of the Fylde coast just off the M55, a 10 minute drive from  Blackpool and Lytham St Annes and less than an hour away from the Lake District. An ideal base to explore the North West from. With its own large, secure private garden and off street parking its home from home. The space Eastlee is completely private with its own private entrance leading out into its own private secure garden with outdoor seating and a bbq along with off street parking. Guests are often surprised with how big the space is. A large double bedroom with tv, luxury shower room ( please note there is no bath and a step up into the shower) large open plan living/ dinning room with a 55" tv and modern kitchen. Up to 2 furry members of the family are welcome to stay at no extra charge but we do ask owners are responsible and kept them off bedding and muddy paws are cleaned. Please make us aware of their arrival so we can leave doggie throws, bowls and treats (max 2 dogs unless pre agreed) we also asked pets are not left un attended at the property, they are on holiday too! Guest access Eastlee is entirely yours with it's own entrance and secure garden. There is a step up into the accommodation. a key lock is available for late check ins so you are not tied to check in times. Other things to note All essentials are included, bedding, towels, toilet rolls, t-towels hand soap etc and we also include a welcome breakfast pack including tea coffee sugar milk, bread cereal and of course a good biscuit for dunking! We like to make your self catering packing as easy as possible! The key can also be left in the key safe if arriving late
