This is the perfect self contained suite to take in the km's of river valley trails, summer festivals, coffee shops, farmer's markets, Whyte Avenue, Downtown, attractions, and daily amenities. This home is good for couples or solo adventurers. There is also an attached studio that you can rent for two couples while each still having your own personal space. Due to allergies there is no smoking on the property. The space Minutes to walk to the Edmonton Folk Festial, a 10 minute drive to the Fringe. Huge green space across the street. Super central location to get to all areas of Edmonton in no time. Enjoy your home made meals in the fully equipped kitchenette. Guest access You will enjoy your self contained upper level suite. There are two self contained upper level suites that two couples can each rent out and still have your own personal space. You are able to enjoy the upper deck until 11pm as long as you are mindful of all of the nieghbours. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping deck and property. Other things to note There is a dog that lives with the owners on the ground level suite.
