Guest access Guests have full unshared access to all facilities within the villa compound. These include both of the large living bale (gazebos), pool, pool garden, billiard room, main living room, river view garden terrace & lounge and the tennis court. A fully equipped private kitchen adjoins the main dining room while the shared wood fired kitchen is in a courtyard only steps away. This last includes a Neopolitan brick pizza oven, full brick smoker, Australian style bbq and a Tandoor oven. The property is also used for weddings and similar events during the season. A separate commercial kitchen is used for this and can cater to villa guests if desired. A large multi purpose greeting room is in the entry area & above the billiard room. This is notionally a shared space but in practice is mostly used as a formal dining room by the guest party. The villa private compound is entered via a sizeable fountain courtyard. As well as a lounge and reception garden, this shared area contains a wood fired kitchen with bbq, tandoor, smoker and a Neopolitan pizza oven. Guests can either use this on a casual basis or reserve it for events, parties or the like during their stay.
