PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE you are renting, the 2 bedrooms and bathroom they are on the 2nd floor, 2 flights of stairs. Sanitizer at door on arrival. We have 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathroom on the 2nd floor. The village shop and excellent pub are a minute away. The beautiful Settle-Carlisle railway stops in the village, and we're only a short distance from the Lake District and M6 is five minutes. Please read the rest of our information to avoid confusion on your stay. The space Our modern home has an entire top floor for guests. The rooms currently have a comfy king size bed and a single bed in one room and we also have another double bed in a second room on the same floor and a single bed if required we have a wooden cot for wee ones. The bathroom is modern with a corner bath and power shower over it. The middle floor is where our family bedrooms are, we request guests respect that. Tea and coffee are provided in the room, and cereal bars and juice for breakfast. DUE TO COVID PRECAUTIONS the rest of the house is currently unavailable Thank you. We request that guests please remove their shoes on the carpeted areas, but they are fine on slate and wooden floors down stairs. Thank you. Guest access We have parking space in a quiet cul-de-sac and a secure garage for bikes and equipment. The garden is secure for dogs and we are happy to have your pets here by prior arrangement, and request they sleep downstairs as does our Dalmatian. During your stay We are a busy farming family, coming and going all day. However you'll have your own private space upstairs. We have a new family member from 13 July 2017 Clover our Dalmatian who is a very lively, excitable, friendly addition to our family, we request that you do not feed Clover as she has a specific diet for Dalmations as they can have a delicate stomach, thank you. Other things to note We run a 50 acre small holding with 30 suckler cows and followers, and fishing rights on the River Eden.
