There is a patio deck off the living room with a creekside bistro dining set and a reading bench to finish that book you started - enjoy all while hearing the melody of water tumbling by. The second patio deck is off the master bedroom. Sit in comfortable chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to birds in the trees, overlooking an expansive garden. Interior decor is relaxed country meets industrial, it equals a modern comfy feel. There’s lots of tall windows for light, all white vaulted ceilings, and solid natural wood furniture with metal accents. Newly refinished solid hickory wood flooring topped with spiral-braided rugs hand-made of recycled jeans & multi-colored fabrics. There is a comfortable solid walnut rocking chair waiting for you to melt into near the fireplace. Guest access You have a designated parking space for two cars directly in front of the property. Please park at the 3rd space from the Right. If two cars, they must be parked tandem, one in front of the other. You walk up a set of covered outdoor stairs to the first floor landing. At the front door railing you will find a lockbox. Detailed instructions provided before check in. Other things to note The master bath has a bidet which you are welcome to use. There are stairs to a loft that are off-limits to guests due to county requirements. Bears are active in the Tahoe basin. Be sure to remove all food, and lock your car - always.
