St. Anne’s School Room

St Anne's School Room is an old church schoolroom/hall and stage. It is a large, open character space with beautiful natural light from the large windows. The stage functions as an open space bedroom; one queen-bed behind the wings and another queen-bed up on the loft, opposite. There is a full kitchen at the front of the hall in the original cloakroom. The bathroom is on two levels; shower, hand basin and toilet at ground-level then a large bath tub, washing machine and dryer below. The space The Hall is a huge character space, with bar, pool table and upright piano. There is also; a stereo record player and a collection of vinyl, a writing desk, dining table, three comfy couches, books and magazines. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upstairs level of St. Anne's School Room. There is a sunny deck in the garden accessed from the bathroom that is available for your use. You may have to share this area with the family below, as it is their access to the street. Other things to note This is not a party venue. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS !! We are offering accomodation only and ask guests to be aware of the family living below. A few friends for dinner or drinks is fine. Please be aware St. Anne’s is an old building and sound does travel between the two living spaces. You may hear the TV or acoustic guitar from downstairs and they will hear running feet or heavy shoes. If you want total peace and quiet this may not be for you. The ideal guest will be open to neighbourly noise and relaxed enough to make as much noise as they like. Not suitable for toddlers.
