The highlight is the spacious south-facing balcony with direct views of the beautiful Lake Constance. Here the sun shines on you in the morning at breakfast. In the lake garden outside the door you have space to spend a relaxing day in the countryside. Here the boats will be rocking right next to you in the new port of Hagnau, which will be completed in early 2025. The space The light-flooded apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residential complex in Hagnau on Lake Constance. In mid-2019, the apartment was completely renovated and the kitchen and bathrooms modernized. The apartment has a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and the large dining table has room for you and your friends/family for fun evenings. In the cozy sitting area you can end the day or watch the sunset over the lake on the spacious south balcony. Wi-Fi is set up and can be used free of charge. Beds are made and towels are provided. Guest access You have the apartment completely to yourself. Your car is safe and free in the underground garage (max. 1.90 m high). From the balcony you have a great overview of the action. Here you can sunbathe in the sunshine and enjoy your book. The balcony invites you to a glass of Hagnau wine at sunset. If the sun hides, you have the opportunity to spend a personal wellness day in the in-house swimming pool and sauna. The swimming pool and sauna can be used by all residents of the small residential complex. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed! Other things to note In the event of a key loss, we must charge a cost compensation of €150.00. The room price includes the visitor's tax per person per day.
