It offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Seaside Boulevard views, beach and sea view are open from the windows. Zoo as well as Batumi dolphinarium are 10 min walking distance. Various restaurants and cafes work for a few minutes walk. 7 km to Batumi airport and 6 km to railway station Lake Nurigel is a 5-minute walk away. This is our guests' favourite part of Batumi.
