On the first floor, there is a common living room with a kitchen block and a large table as well as an additional lounge with a sofa bed (thus usable as a 5th bedroom). On the 2nd floor, two large triple rooms, balcony, floor shower and two toilets. On the 3rd floor, two double bedrooms, balcony, shower and toilet. All rooms with washing facilities (cold/hot water). The space Haus Jagerbichl is a simple, manageable and cozy vacation rental. Guests will not find five-star luxury here, but they will experience family flair, discreet hospitality and tranquility. For children, there is plenty of space outdoors to play in the summer and to build snowmen in the winter. Haus Jagerbichl works according to a "house in house concept." This means: As guests, you use the main house from the basement to the 2nd floor to yourselves and independently. In addition, the house as a whole has two more separate apartments, which have nothing to do with the main house: A private apartment on the first floor, which is empty during the week and is used privately by the owner on the weekends. This apartment has its own separate entrance. And there is another apartment on the 2nd floor. This is also completely separate, because it is independently accessible via its own external staircase and is also rented in the winter and summer seasons.
