5 new studios - Titulescu Apartments

The space has 5 studios. A studio means a completely furnished room with double bed, private bathroom and kitchenette. The building has internet wireless, video surveillance, central heating and air conditioning (in each studio). The guests have access to a washing machine and ironing machine + table. We provide linen for beds, towels and toiletry. The space Five(5) modern and cozy studios in a new built villa, located in the north center of Bucharest - at 100m from Titulescu Blvd., between beautiful and old building of Sector 1 City Hall and the spectacular "Basarab" bridge, close to Victoriei Square (about 8 min walking). Two studios (studio1+studio2) are at the ground floor, two (studio3+studio4) at the 1st floor and other two(studio5&6) at the second floor. Each studio has a big completely furnished room with a double bed (two studios have an extra single bed ) , TV, a kitchenette basic equipped and a private bathroom with tub or shower. The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults . The building has internet wireless, video surveillance, central heating and air conditioning (in each studio). The guests have access to a washing machine and iron facility. We provide linen for beds and towels. Bus, tram and subway stations are 2-3 minutes walking, same grocery stores. The main train station (Gara de Nord) is at 8-10 min walking. Here arrives also a train directly from the airport Henri Coanda, it makes 25 minutes (no traffic stress) and costs less then 2 euros. We have the perfect accommodation for you, next time you'll visit Bucharest - our lovely and lively town:) During your stay We, the owners, live next to the studios so, we usually make the check-in and help the guests with everything they may need. Other things to note ! Atention!! Begining with January first 2026 the tourists have to pay a local tax for Bucharest The tax is 2€/tourist/day and has to be paid cash at the property
