DOBROTA HEIGHTS, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath. Sea View/POOL.

The apartment is at the base of the Mountains which surround Kotor Bay fjord, in Dobrota village. The front balcony has a really super panoramic sea view. Furnished to a high standard & has 2 bedrooms, a double with an en suite,a twin has a shower room opposite. Located very close to the UNESCO Heritage walled town of Kotor & the UNESCO town of Perast,with its 2 beautiful islands laying off. The apartment is well positioned for travel around Montenegro & the Adriatic. The space There is a good sized pool & terrace shared by only 5 other apartments. The living space has a leather sofa, dining table, 4 chairs, a kitchen area with a fridge/freezer & cooker, also includes a washing machine for your convenience. One bedroom has a double bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (bedrooms are quite small, but we thought when buying, that it was worth it for the panoramic view from the front balcony). Aircon is in all areas, i.e. both bedrooms & the living area. Storage is a bit limited for large bags, we put them along the hall corridor & at the end of the single bed in the twin room. Guest access There is a full size ironing board & iron. Kettle, toaster, cooking knife set & block, a small safe for personal items. There are 2 small tables & chairs for use on the front balcony. Well equipped with other plates, cups, glasses & kitchen utensils etc. There are also 2 comfy sun loungers to use. Other things to note Wifi is included of 500MB for free (which can be topped up by you for €6/15 if more data required) by a mobile data uplink device, but it is not supplied by fibre optic cables as this is not available in the area. So not really suitable if you are planning to work whilst on holiday. This will be sufficient to use for emails & video calling, but not really for streaming movies or internet gaming, without topping it up. NO smoking inside the apartment, but ashtray is supplied for use outside on the balcony. No stag/hen parties or events. The right side front main balcony doors were damaged & now repaired, but it is recommended to use the left side doors to access this balcony, as the hinges are stronger. Also the twin bedroom door and window were damaged & you need to be careful when operating them. There are mushroom/u-bend system floor grates fitted in the floor tiles in both bathrooms, if they dry out you sometimes get smells & just need to tip some tap water into them to stop the smell. There is a small screen/monitor with a DVD player connected, for watching movies on etc. But there is no cable or satellite etc. facility available, due to our apartment having no cables available from the Telecom Company. The shops all close on a Sunday in Montenegro 🇲🇪 But bakeries & garages are open, incl. the small Pekara near the apartment. The swimming pool is all the same depth, around 5ft 6"/approx 1.6M deep.
