This is a nice Villa situated in Klagon in the Greater Accra region. It is a new developed area. It is a town that is between Tema and Accra! This place is a 25/30 min drive to Accra or Tema centre. The beach is just 10-15 min drive! In the neighborhood there are many shops and local restaurants to buy food drinks and other stuff. The architecture of the house is designed with natural stones that are imported of Ghana itself. The floor is designed with tiles that have been bought from the local Ghanians. The second floor also contains an terrace that is available for others The guest have access to the biggest part of the building.
