Placentines 5 is one of the most exclusive accommodations available in Sevilla. It has three totally private rooms and capacity for up to nine guests. Located in a traditional Sevillian house that has been completely renovated and equipped with everything you need to guarantee a perfect stay. Among other amenities, the house has an elevator with access to the rooms. It also has a terrace with a pool for you to enjoy unforgettable views of the Giralda Tower. The space The apartment has five very bright floors, and the whole house fills with light from the terrace to the ground floor thanks to its central skylight. On the ground floor, you will find the luxuriously designed living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, plus a bathroom. The lift takes you to the first, second and third floors, where we find the three very spacious bedrooms that have been decorated with great detail. Each of them has a large queen or double bed (180x200cm or 160x200cm) and a single bed, a large LED TV, and a bathroom. Each room has a large balcony overlooking the Placentines street where you can enjoy privileged views of more than 30 Holy Week processions in Seville that run along the Placentines street. Their imposing steps practically touch the balconies of the house when they go down the narrow the road. We find the jewel of the apartment on the fourth floor: a spectacular private terrace with a pool where you can admire the most important architectural works of the city in the foreground: The Giralda Tower and the famous Cathedral of Santa María de la Sede. Besides the pool, the terrace is perfectly equipped with furniture such as lounge chairs, chairs, and umbrellas that will provide you with unforgettable evenings. The apartment has a crib available, as well as an additional mattress for it which you can use, as well as a highchair. WARNING: There is no air conditioning on the ground floor of the house. It is a particularly cool room so it is usually a pleasant temperature. The heating is by radiators on this floor. In the rest of the floors (bedrooms) there is centralised and split air conditioning and heating. Guest access The accommodation has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, high-quality bed linens and towels, and some welcome details that you will surely appreciate. We also have a shuttle service between the airport and the accommodation, whose price varies depending on the number of guests. Do not hesitate to ask about it! You can check into the apartment anytime after 3:00pm, although we will be happy to receive our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows for it. Similarly, the departure time is 11:00am, which may be extended at no additional cost based on availability and the times of subsequent reservations. Access to the apartment can be made after 16:00, although we will be happy to receive our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it.
