This property is situated in a small village, set on the north coast of Cornwall which is renowned for its beautiful surfing beaches and coastal walks. The closest beach 'Holywell' is a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk and there are many more fantastic beaches in the vicinity. Truro, Perranporth and Newquay as well as the airport are all within 20 mins drive, Eden Project 40 mins and the A30 is 7 min away. Great for couples all year around for mid-season walking holidays and get away winter breaks. The space This is a brand new property this year (2021), built specifically to provide a coastal getaway break. It has a very light, fresh and airy feel with the living area being upstairs to make the most of the spectacular views. It has full underfloor heating and so is ideal for all year around breaks. Guest access Guests can access the property through a private front door. Also there is free parking on the driveway Other things to note The property has wifi but as this is Cornwall it can sometimes be a little haphazard. However 4G pickup is very good.
