A few steps from the Place des Vosges, the Marais Studio is located right in the heart of the trendy Marais district, very close to the Metro, fashionable clothing stores, and convenient everyday shopping. You couldn't ask for a better location! The studio is on the 4th floor walkup of an 18th century building. It is very comfortable, decorated with sophisticated, warm earth tones. Self check in. The layout of the apartment is great with no lost space. The fully equipped kitchen is separate form the living room. It has everything you need to cook and eat. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a sink, a large shower and lavatories. Facing south, the living room is bright and quiet. You can see the steeple of the Saint Paul Church from there. The comfortable sofa bed (bought in february 2024) opens to a real queen sized bed with a thick mattress. It is easy to use daily. There are cupboards with plenty of storage space. Minimum stay one month. Water included. Sheets and towels provided. Cleaning at the end of the stay included (2h) Electricity not included (around 60 euros per month). Air conditioning (mobile unit) and fan provided. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the apartment. If this rule is not observed, a flat rate of 500 euros will be charged for complete cleaning of the textiles in the apartment and deodorization of the rooms.
