Farmhouse in Monferrato

This is a typical 19th-century Piedmont country house that we have renovated and restyled, so it's a warm and relaxing place, for immersing yourself in nature and getting inspiration. This house reflects our way of experiencing the countryside: it respects the historical charm of nineteenth-century farmhouses but contains a youthful touch suitable for families and travelers. It is an ideal place to immerse yourself in nature and be inspired. The space Among the beautiful vineyards of Monferrato, a big and cozy farmhouse where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house is more than 200 square meters and it is fully equipped and totally renovated, ideal to live together with family and friends. It is independent but, since it is a part of a big farmhouse, we have 3 neighbors with which we sometimes share (especially in the weekend), the garden. The surroundings: Nine acres of garden and woods offer guests a full immersion in nature. Designed for conviviality, the home offers mini-football, table tennis, swing and slide for children, a patio for cooking and barbecue. Comfort: You could use our house commodities: washing and dishes machines, hair dryer, kitchen tools, and oven. Dogs and cats are welcome if they are peaceful. You could live our big garden and enjoy the barbecue, the wood oven, and a large table to have lunch and dinner outdoors. The house is part of a bigger farmhouse where 2 other families live, but it has independent entrances. Remember that this is a country, family house, not a hotel: so you will find a lively and unperfect atmosphere of home to chill out and share pieces of life … if you prefer something more formal, anonymous and perfectly executed maybe it's not your ideal solution😊🤙🏼 The Place: Albugnano is a small town in the Monferrato hills. Less than 30 km from Turin, the Monferrato area is a typical Italian countryside where you can find culture, food, nature, and good life. It has recently been appointed a UNESCO World Heritage Site, due to its vineyards and ancient traditions. Nine hectares of garden, vegetable garden and forest offer guests of the house a full immersion in nature. Designed for conviviality, the house has a soccer field, ping pong, swing for children, wood oven and barbecue. The house has independent entrances but is part of a large farmhouse and we have three neighbors (the friends with whom we restored it) with whom we share the garden. This is a family home in the countryside, not a hotel. It is the ideal place if you want to relax and share a familiar and vital atmosphere, but if you are looking for something more formal, anonymous and perfectly packaged, perhaps it is not the ideal solution for you😊🤙🏼. The place. Albugnano is a small town in the hills and vineyards of Astigiano, less than 30 km from Turin. The Upper Monferrato area was recently named a UNESCO World Heritage Site, thanks to its beautiful vineyards and the rural traditions that are preserved here. Guest access There is a raw country road of 500 meters to reach the home: you are in an isolated place into the countryside surrounded by woods and hills and the little town of Albugnano is at 5 min by car; Castelnuovo don bosco, where you find all the type of shops and services, is at 8 min by car. You could use our house commodities: washing and dishes machines, hair dryer, kitchen tools and oven. We have also open grill and oven, and a large table to have lunch and dinner outdoor. Cats and dogs, if pacific, are welcome! Other things to note We have modern heating (embedded in the floor) and during the winter it is really comfortable. You could also use our fireplaces in the main bedroom, in kitchen and in the living room: it' s really suggestive! Temperature inside is guaranteed at 19 degrees during the winter (October-March), according to the Italian laws and our attempt to respect the environment.
