Beautiful charming house in 19th century cut stone, with modern comfort that can accommodate 8/10 people (4 bedrooms and 1 living room with an extra bed) and opening onto a fenced and wooded garden of 2000 m² where children can play safely. Interior with exposed beams, large Burgundian fireplace, antique furniture and paintings, refined tableware and authentic decoration. Cars can be parked in the barn. Quiet in a typical little village. The space In the 19th century, it was a post office at the crossroads of Auxois and Châtillonais, today this 200 m² Burgundy stone house offers beautiful rooms overlooking the garden and the sunny terraces: a huge fireplace orders the living room and its comfortable sofas, pretty passages lead to the dining room whose large table invites to the agapes, the kitchen opens onto the terrace and its garden furniture, the pantry keeps the provisions. The stone walls, the large slabs, the wood of the beams and the trophies from a distant Africa create the warm atmosphere of a sophisticated countryside. The stone staircase leads to 4 character bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A small TV lounge can serve as a 5th bedroom. Wi-Fi is everywhere and, depending on the mood of the hosts, bicycles are stored in the barn where there is also a swing English spoken. Spanish spoken. Guest access The entire house is accessible. The 5th bedroom is the TV room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. The house is not suitable for hosting groups wishing to organize a party. Other things to note Once the gate is closed, the garden is closed. There's a swing and 2 bikes in the barn. Nice walks from the house, including the footpath that passes along the open quarry. From spring until the All Saints holidays, many friendly garage sales with refreshments are organized in the surrounding villages
